Excel – Select (Delete) Blank Rows

  • Select a column possessing representative blanks, from top to bottom.
  • F5.
  • “Special…” button – here’s where the magic happens…
  • “Blanks” radio button.
  • “Delete” ribbon button/menu (under Home tab) – “delete sheet rows” menu item.
